All below are were awarded by the Master Photographers Association (Scottish area) I no longer enter the awards - we've got to let some of the newsommers have a chance! 2006 *Overall winner of The Open Category* Awards of excellence for "Traditional Wedding", "Reportage Wedding" & "Complete Wedding" Merits for "Traditional Wedding (x2)", "Reportage Wedding" 2005 *Overall winner of Monochrome Category* Merits for "Complete Wedding", "Avent Garde Wedding" and 2 for "Traditional Wedding" 2004 Certificate of Merit for Reportage Wedding and award of excellence for "Under 5" photo of bridesmaid at wedding.... 2003 2 Awards of Excellence for Reportage & a Certificate of Merit in the Traditional Wedding Category. 2002 3 seperate Awards of Excellence in the Wedding Category 2001 Winner of the MPA's Wedding Category a Certificate of Merit in the Wedding Category 2000 Scottish Wedding Photographer of the Year Classical Wedding Photograph of the Year Reportage Wedding Photograph of the Year Also from the whole of the UKthe Denis Hyland Award for Wedding Photography As well as reaching the finals of the M.P.A Photographer of the year 3 times (inc. the time we won in 2000) we have also achieved 17 awards in the Fuji Wedding & Portrait Awards", reaching the finals 3 times. We are 1 of just 5 Photographers in Scotland who have ever won any Fuji...... The MPA is a great organisation which represents many photographers - all full time professionals. As I now have a couple of other business interests I am now no longer a member.
